Bright Pattern, a leading innovator in cloud-based omnichannel call center software for the digital age, will be hosting a workshop at Customer Contact Week (CCW). CCW is the largest customer contact center events in the world, happening from June 20 through June 23 in Las Vegas. In addition to hosting the workshop, Bright Pattern will also be an exhibitor (booth #610) and has been named as a finalist by the CCW Excellence Awards for “Cloud-based CX Solution of the Year”.
The workshop, “The Future of CX – What’s Next?”, centers around the future of customer experience and how businesses can adapt to the future with advanced call center technology. The workshop will be led by Ted Hunting, SVP Marketing at Bright Pattern and CCW Europe Advisory Board Member. Joining Ted Hunting will be panelists Othmar Mueller Von Blumencron, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at VIPDesk (a leading BPO for luxury brands) and Jessica Osborn, an IT and service leader from the world’s largest HR services firm. These panelists will share their insights into various topics relating to adapting to the future of customer experience. The workshop will also involve attendees brainstorming and sharing their insights during the 90 minute session taking place Tuesday, June 21 at 11:00-12:30 at Caesars Forum.
The workshop will feature facts about various topics, including omnichannel quality management, artificial intelligence, and mobile communication channels. The workshop will also feature brief demonstrations on advanced technologies and how these technologies can work for your business and help your business adapt to the future of CX. The workshop will also feature examples of how these technologies have helped boost performance for leading innovators in the customer experience industry.
Please join us at the workshop, the CCW Excellence Awards dinner, and at the Bright Pattern booth. The Bright Pattern team is excited to be at CCW Vegas and talk to you about the future of call center software and the future of CX!
