The Bright Pattern team is heading to Amsterdam next week for the annual Customer Contact Week (CCW) Europe conference. We couldn’t be more excited to help CCW bring its revolutionary events to European companies and showcase our award-winning omnichannel cloud contact center software in the expo hall.
CCW Vegas is the world’s largest customer contact event where customer care, customer experience, and contact center leaders come together to learn and share new ideas on customer experience technology and processes. The Europe event will be no different, as it will bring together some of the brightest minds in the customer experience space. The CCW events provide many tracks, sessions, and technology spotlights, which can make it hard to decide where to spend your time. That’s why we are providing our top five tips for making the most out of this year’s event.
1 – Get There Early for the On-Site Tour – Day 1 of Customer Contact Week Europe starts out strong with a full-day, on-site tour hosted by Cygnific, a KLM subsidiary. The tour will be led by Ramón Delima, Vice President and Managing Director of KLM, and will provide an overview of KLM’s customer operations and what makes them different.
2 – Join the International Keynote – Bright Pattern’s Senior Vice President of Marketing, Ted Hunting, will be presenting a keynote on “Creating and Measuring Great Omnichannel Customer Journeys” on Tuesday, October 8, at 8:40 a.m. Hunting will discuss the importance of omnichannel, keys for getting started, and omnichannel use cases for Bright Pattern Contact Center.
Session Details: Date: Tuesday, October 8, 2019 Time: 8:40 a.m.—9:10 a.m.
3 – Attend Other Keynotes – If you’ve been to a CCW event, you know how good the main conference keynotes are. CCW brings in some of the most dynamic thought leaders that will have you entertained and inspired! You definitely don’t want to miss the opening keynote “Deutsche Telekom’s Transformation Path to Personal and Tailor Made Customer Care.” Dimension Data states that the next wave of customer experience after omnichannel experiences is personalized and predictive service. This session will share tips on creating a hyper-personalized experience. For more on personalization, download Bright Pattern’s e-book, Personalizing Customer Experience: Seven Barriers and How to Break Through.
4 – Visit Exhibitor Booths – The Bright Pattern team will be at booth #4 from October 8 to 9 in the expo hall, providing free, live demonstrations of our award-winning and analyst-backed omnichannel cloud contact center software. Stop by if you want to learn more about your contact center needs or explore new options with emerging channels like social messengers with AI and bots, video, and more.
5 – Network – The CCW team always provides great opportunities to network during the event. Morning coffee, lunch, and end-of-day happy hour networking is a great time to head to the expo hall for free food and beverages, plus the opportunity to talk with industry luminaries at the technology booths.
